By accessing our website, booking a tour, purchasing a ticket or gift card, or participating in a tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Build Tours

Build Tours LLC provides guided architecture, urban design, art, and city tours, including public tours, private tours, corporate experiences, educational programs, and custom itineraries.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our website or authorized booking partners.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value unless required by law.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

All cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

4. Tour Changes & Cancellations by Build Tours

Build Tours reserves the right to:

  • Modify tour routes, content, duration, or meeting points

  • Substitute guides when necessary

  • Cancel tours due to weather, safety concerns, low attendance, or unforeseen circumstances

If Build Tours cancels a tour, guests will be offered a refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Participant Responsibilities & Conduct

By participating in a tour, you agree to:

  • Follow the guide’s instructions at all times

  • Respect other participants, guides, private property, and public spaces

  • Behave in a safe, lawful, and respectful manner

Build Tours reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without refund.

6. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk

  • Tours involve walking and standing for extended periods in urban environments.

  • Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical ability to participate.

  • Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

Some tours may require participants to sign a liability waiver.

7. Photography & Media

Build Tours may photograph or record tours for marketing and promotional purposes.

By participating, you grant Build Tours permission to use such images or recordings unless you notify us in writing in advance.

Personal photography during tours is welcome unless otherwise stated.

8. Intellectual Property

All tour content, narratives, materials, website content, branding, and intellectual property are owned by Build Tours LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Services & Links

Our website may include links to third-party websites or services. Build Tours is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites and does not endorse them.

Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.
